WE Chatbot

1. Self-service IT Ticket Cancellation Introduced

The WE chatbot now has the feature to cancel IT tickets. In the ticket management option, they could find the cancel ticket action. The process is to check the recently raised tickets which would automatically be displayed on the WE chatbot, then choose the ticket number, and the chosen IT ticket will get cancelled.

2. Streamlined Instant approval on a software installation requirement.

This has been made possible by the software request module which is present in the Software deployment tree. The process is to visit the software deployment option and click on the 'Request Software' button. The users will get a list of all the software which can be approved in their work environment.
