1. WE chatbot now supports Customer-Specific Software Repository

Now, the WE chatbot supports client-specific software repositories. The client has full control Over the software management process. The client could add or delete a particular software from the WE Console and it would be reflected in the WE chatbot.

WE Console & WEx (Agent)

1. Add Desktop Notification Report to the WE console
Add Desktop Notification Report

The admin could view all the details of the notifications which are pushed to the endpoints by the administrator. The notification description, Date and time of pushing the notification, and the no.of endpoints in which the notifications are pushed can be viewed in the desktop notification report.

2. Added Ticket Management Report in the WE Console
Added Ticket Management Report

In the ticket management report, we could view details like number, type, username to which the ticket has been assigned, Activity type, and source of the particular ticket. Additionally, the user could view Comments and the ticket creation date and time in the ticket management report.
