1) Introducing Dashboard to WE Console -
Now, the administrator can track various indicators like:-
- Adoption – Total number of users using the WE platform.
- Usage – Total number of licenses procured.
- Active users – No. of active users in the selected timeframe.
- Resolutions/Requests - Percentage of resolutions done by Workelevate.
- Resolutions by Channel & Resolutions by Mode.
- Total feedback – Total no. of feedback in a specified time frame.
- Most used Software – Top used software in the environment.
2) Adding the “Set your own password” feature in Chatbot.
We have added a new feature for resetting your password. Now , users can set their own password through the WE console. When a user will click on the “Set your own password” button, the WE chatbot redirects the user to the WE console from where the user could set his/her new password.
