1) Version Control your WEx platform

We have added a new update feature to the WEx platform. Now the user can upgrade to a new version just by one single click. Whenever there is an update, you can view the Update button on the home page of WEx platform.

2) Introducing the Action menu configuration feature

Now, we have added new functionality for the admin to manage the WEx menu directly from the WE console.

New Features list –

1) WE chatbot is now bilingual

We have developed the entire IT workflow in the Arabic language. Now Chat with WE chatbot in Arabic.

2) Added a new feature to toggle languages in WE Chatbot (Web Widget)

Now, a user can change languages on our web widget flawlessly. WE chatbot currently supports English and Arabic, which you can change as per your need.

3) Enhanced troubleshooter flow and Bundled solutions

We have further segregated troubleshooter flow, keeping in mind common issues that are faced by employees. Plus, we understand that at the end of the day productivity matter, so have bundled troubleshooters and made them into one solution.
